Congratulations you are one of the elite teams that have qualified for the ASA 16 and under National Championship Tournament.

The tournament committee will do everything we can to make your visit to Sioux Falls enjoyable. That being said we will be in regular contact with you to make sure that all necessary tournament forms are in our possesion. We would hate to have a team arrive here ready to play only to be disqulified because of a paperwork error.

1. Download the coaches packet if you haven't already (download).

2. Contact your ASA Commissioner or JO Commissioner and let them know you are coming.

3. Contact our Committee and we will get you confirmed. Telephone us at (605) 221-1846 or by email at nationals@siouxfallsfastpitch.com

4. Select a motel from our motel list and figure out how many rooms you need. You need to contact us and we will release the rooms to you.

5. Check our web-site regularly for new tournament information.

6. There are 3 mandatory ASA forms that must be signed and filled out correctly: ASA Official Roster Form, The ASA Official Tournament Entry Form, and The ASA Player pick up form.

7. Make sure at leat one of the coaches in the dugout is ACE Certified, this will be checked at team check-in. ACE certification can be done at the ASA website www.softball.org. This is a new ASA requirement that we are be required to enforce.

8. The other entry forms in the packet are for registration, college coaches, and the tournament book. We will have those available for you to complete online soon.
